CAKE

follow these steps for pastel de tres leches:

• bake two butter cakes

• poke them all over with a fork

• soak them overnight in a mixture of whole, condensed and evaporated milks plus rum

• chop up the colombian 90% dark chocolate and roasted almonds

• prepare the whipped cream with simple but quality ingredients

• stack the cakes with a layer of whipped cream in between

• cover everything with more cream

• decorate with the chocolate and almonds

• cut each slice in a visually pleasing way and share with special people
