NOTHING SPECIAL (DESSAU)

the american & the german take a train from berlin to dessau to see one building only. the american wants to test out a vintage mamiya with b/w film, though the moment is mostly captured by iphone & uploaded to an immortal cloud. yet in a nondescript corridor inside the bauhaus, the analog device makes a click as the american backs up into an ordinary door: office of the department head. walter gropius was once here. nothing special.
